Though Microsoft is lenient with its policy toward Kinect developers, I was surprised when Microsoft Studios head Phil Spencer told me that Xbox 360 games requiring smart phones/tablets could be a possibility with SmartGlass. Then again, Spencer doesn’t think developers will risk developing such a game due to limited appeal in the market. “I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to. Appearing on the TBS programJonetsu Tairiku, Studio Ghibli representative director and co-founder Toshio Suzuki stated that the studio was undergoing great changes. In light of Hayao Miyazaki’s retirement last year the studio is trying to find its way. Suzuki stated that the changes may include dismantling the production department entirely. Although there has been talk among some about dissolving the studio outright, Suzuki wanted to emphasize that the truth is that the studio is considering “housecleaning” or restructuring for now....

Namco Bandai announced today a release date for RPGTales of Graces ffor PS3 here in the US: July 30, 2025. It seems strange that Tales is coming to the PS3 this late in the game, but I suppose it’s never too late for a good JRPG. Of course, this is an up-port of the Wii game. This upgrade will see new graphics, gameplay enhancements, and anew epilogue to the existing story....
