As revealed by publisher Panic,Untitled Goose Gamehas passed the one million sales mark within its first three months of release, as players on PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch stumped up the coinage to peck away at a prim English village, causing just the right modicum of mayhem to be a complete pain in the ass, while still retaining a wholesome tone....

What enhancements are in store for Link’s return to the Great Sea? The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HDwon’t arrive in the States and Europe until October — along with a newWii U bundleto boot — but we have yet to learn all of what has been updated since its former life on the GameCube. We know that Link can acquire a new sail that speeds up his boating, and the end-game Triforce hunt has been tweaked in some fashion, but that’s about it....

A subscription-free serivce Today at Microsoft’s gamescom media briefing, the company announced a subscription-free DVR service with the ability to record shows on a schedule or in the background while you’re gaming. To utilize the upcoming feature Xbox One owners will need a TV tuner, which currently allows users to enjoy free over-the-air TV channels via their consoles — so the functionality is somewhat limited. For a while there it seemed like Microsoft was trying to get away from painting Xbox One as an “all-in-one” media box to just focus on the games, but I guess the company could only restrain itself for so long....

Busted [Update:Rockstar’s PC releaseGrand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Editionhas now returned to the Rockstar Launcher, several days following the title’s original launch. It is believed the game was removed following the reveal of numerous files —such as excluded music tracks and the infamous “Hot Coffee” mod— that were found within the game’s code.
