Yesterday, GameStop started calling anybody who preorderedThe Last Guardianto tell them that the long-awaited Team ICO game hadbeen cancelled. There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth, but Sony was able to quash the rumor pretty swiftly. Today, GameStop has apologized for upsetting its customers. “The Last Guardianhas not been cancelled by Sony as we incorrectly stated in an automated call to reservation customers,” said the retailer. “Because the game did not have a specific release date, GameStop made the decision to remove the game from our system....

However, a lingering question mark has been when the Steam version would launch. The first gameplay footage forBioShock 2has finally arrived. In it we see the Big Sister showing who’s boss, some underwater gameplay and just how much of a badass the first Big Daddy is. Just seeing how fast the Big Sister can move is already getting me pretty excited to fight her in the game. Plus, she’s kind of hot in a weird, disturbing way. The video also shows how the Big Daddy can use Plasmids and his weapons together at the same time....

The Arcana inHades 2is one of the game’s systems of permanent progression. It’s pretty straightforward most of the time – you use Grasp to hold an unlocked card. However, some defy the expectation, and one of them is card XIII, The Centaur. The Centaur is a bit frustrating because it’s a very useful card. Every five levels you gain 3 HP and 3 MP. It’s not massively significant but it’s passive and useful....
