2D action-platformer coming this fall to PC

It’s that time again: time to watch a newly revealed game in action and be in awe of its art while simultaneously adding it to the proverbial “radar” of games to watch.Aaru’s Awakeninghas officially been announced after being in development for around a year and the hand-drawn art is absolutely breathtaking. As if that weren’t enough, the gameplay looks really interesting and solid.

As a muscular beast-thing, the player can shoot out a little ball and then teleport to it whenever they please. On top of that, the beast can charge in the direction of the cursor, adding yet more maneuverability to its arsenal. The above video does a good job of demonstrating not only the types of challenges you’ll face, but also how difficult the game can be when you’re talking at the same time.
