Ubisoft has confirmed that itshated “always on” DRMwill be absent fromAssassin’s Creed: Revelationswhen it comes to PC. The controversial anti-piracy measure, that demands a persistent Internet connection in order for the game to work, has earned Ubisoft a lot of resentment over the years.

Players will need to go online to activate the game the first time its played, but will then be free to enjoy the game without fearing a dropped connection. How about that? A step forward for Ubisoft!
