We were lucky enough to get 2K Marin developerScott LaGrasta onSup Holmes?a few Sundays ago, and he blew my mind. He’s extremely passionate and verbose on the topic of game envelopment, and it was great to just sit back and hear all he had to say.
A few people in the YouTube comments didn’t share my interest. In fact, they seemed incredibly angry at Scott for… talking about videogame design? Or am I missing something? Did Scott secretly talk about religion or politics or something else that might cause a stranger to fly into a internet rage? Did I miss that part of the interview? All I heard was a experienced game designer who genuinely loves his job talk about making videogames. Nothing to get angry about there if you ask me!
Maybe they’re just jealous of the mustache…
