For reasons beyond my comprehensionClash of the Titansmade money in movie theaters. As a film critic this makes my heart sink since I told everyone not to see it and no one listened. As a gaming journalist knowing that the high movie sales could lead to high sales for the upcoming game makes my heart fall out of my ass and through the floor. However, if you want to risk it because you think the game could be good you might as well get the extra content that GameStop is offering with pre-orders.
When you do pre-order it you will receive access to two downloadable packs featuring weapons and missions. The “Bird in Hand” quest pack will challenge players to slay the giant-winged Cockatrice and if they win they will get the “Wing of Icarus” Sub Weapon. In the “Songs of Enchantment” quest pack a Succubus and beautiful Siren await through an army of skeletons. Once defeated they will give you the “Orpheus” Sub Weapon that summons thunder and damages nearby enemies.
I really don’t care if you buy the game or not as I haven’t experienced it, but as a desperate plea, please don’t support this move anymore.
