You can redeem them at the first shop you see
Like many modern games,theDead Space2023 remakehas a few pre-order and deluxe edition bonuses. Thankfully, it’snowhere nearas intrusive as say, the stuff implemented inDead Space 3. If you happen to have access to these suits, here’s how to actually wield them (you can’t do it immediately).
You can find a shop near the beginning of the game, in Chapter 1
A little after all hell breaks loose (which is a lot quicker than I remembered playing through it this time!),you’ll start find shops around the ship. The shop will take your credits in exchange for items and upgrades: specifically involving your suit, granting it more item slots and better damage resistance. you’re able to find the location of an early-game shop in the gallery above: it’s just before the story objective “get to the medical deck.”
In addition to those functional suit upgrades, you may also wield cosmetic skins. Just scroll over to the furthest tab on the right (storage), and select a suit. Note that you’ll need to go into the shop containment unit, which requires a short animation. Any shop is capable of swapping skins, and if you upgrade your suit, you will need to swapbackto the DLC suit afterward.You will keep your upgrades and inventory space.
