Is there cross-play inDisney Dreamlight Valley?
This question sort of has two answers.Disney Dreamlight Valleydoes in fact support cross-play, however, it is not supported on PlayStation platforms. According to developer Gameloft, due to platform restrictions,the PlayStation version of the game does not support cross-platform play.
Because of this restriction, if you want to playDisney Dreamlight Valleywith a friend who is on PlayStation, you will also need to play on a PlayStation. However, if you are on PC, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch, you can utilize cross-play to play with those on other platforms.
With cross-play, you may invite other players to your Valley or visit the Valley of your friends as long as you have their multiplayer code.
DoesDisney Dreamlight Valleyhave cross-progression?
Actually, the answer is pretty much the same as cross-play. There is in fact cross-progression inDisney Dreamlight Valley, but not on PlayStation. You can cross-progress between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. This means if you are playing on a PlayStation version of the game, your progress will only ever be on PlayStation.
However, if you are playing on any of the other platforms, you can access your account and cross-progress on any other platform as long as it’s not a PlayStation one.
