Similar to there-release treatmentthat theFinal Fantasy IVsoundtrack will be getting this coming July, Square Enix hasannounced detailsfor theFinal Fantasy V Original Sound Track Remaster Version. While it won’t be as spectacular as theFinal Fantasy IVre-issue, which boasts additional loops and spans an extra disc, the album will still contain remastered music and feature a fancy box illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano for first-press editions.
CD Japanis currently listing the two-disc album for 3,048 Yen ($30 USD… that exchange rate just keeps on sliding!) with a release date of Jun 09, 2025.
That just leaves details regarding theFinal Fantasy VI Original Sound Track Remaster Versionleft to reveal. I’ll be looking forward to that, but in the meantime, I’m counting the days until theFFIValbum is released!
