Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisishas hit the market, and it appears a few bugs have come with it. While many can play the game just fine now, Android users specifically have had some issues trying to make progress. Namely, players have been stuck on the main menu screen, or just can’t load into the game in general. I don’t know about you, but playing a game is pretty hard if you can’t, you know, play it.

For those still stuck on loading screens, the problem may be with the game failing to connect to servers. To test this, attempt to enter the game again on a different connection if possible. Additionally, check your router to make sure there’s no hiccups occurring there as well. Even if it’s a long shot, that’s the nature of troubleshooting.
Additionally, if you’re using a VPN, that may be causing some issues too. Toggle that off and give that a shot to see if that helps. Otherwise, if you’ve already reinstalled, cleared cached data, and the game’s still stuck, you may just be out of luck with your device. Hopefully contacting support will help, otherwise you may need to wait for further updates.
