‘This is the most important game we’ve worked on in over a decade’
For the first time in a long time, Team17, the developer behind the long-runningWormsfranchise, is working on a new property. The new game will be calledFlockers, and that’s all that Team17 had to say about it at this point.
Speaking toDevelop, Debbie Bestwick, the studio’s managing director, revealed the news at PlayStation Open Day. She was mum on details, but commented that “this is the most important game we’ve worked on in over a decade.”
The reason for the silence is that the game isn’t properly announced yet. That’s expected to happen next week, when we’ll hopefully learn more about this title that definitely isn’t moreWorms.
