Throne and Libertyhas numerous accessibility tools to make text size, reduce shaking effects, or have a narrator read the text for you. While helpful for some, others may prefer having these features disabled. Fortunately, there are ways to toggle most ofThrone and Liberty’saccessibility features, including its narrator.

How to turn off Voice Narration in Throne and Liberty

You can turn off voice narration inThrone and Libertybypressing Oor heading intoyour settings, navigating toAccessibility, and entering theContentmenu. Here, you’ll find several voice guide options:

In this instance, the most important option to toggle off is theGame Access Voice Guide. While text to speech converts messages in chat into audio, the game access voice guide is the narrator you keep hearing as you boot upThrone and Libertyand scroll through your menus. Turning this off gets rid of the voice. If you also hear a voice for chat messages, you may need to turn off text to speech as well.

Throne and Liberty Voice Assistant Narrator

Converting voice to text works the opposite way. Having this on automatically changes speech to text that shows in your chat window. While you don’t need this to turn off narration, it can be a helpful accessibility feature if you want to eliminate more voices but still want to learn new information about the game.

Alongside the accessibility menu, you’ll also find the exact same options in Sound under Miscellaneous. Turning off Text to Speech, Game Access Voice Guide, or Convert Voice to Text in one menu will mirror in the other. In other words, you won’t have to worry about visiting multiple screens or double-checking that they’re the same.
