Summer Sweetness
Fortniteis no stranger to seasonal events. Most notably are the Halloween Fortnitemares event and the yearly Christmas event, where Santa hands out presents on his Christmas semi-truck. To celebrate the summertime, players can find new skins and Ice Cream Cones. However, with each flavor offering something different, where can you find them? And what are their effects?
We’ll answer these questions for you below.
Ice Cream Cone locations and effects inFortnite
Fortnite‘s Summer Escape event lasts until July 18, and included in the event is five Ice Cream Cones, each with their own effects. Fortunately, finding them is easy if you know where to look.
Here are all the Ice Cream Cones you can find:
Ice Cream Cone (Common): Restores a small amount of health.
Frozen Ice Cream Cone (Common): Applies the “Frozen Feet” effect on a player, making them slide around.
Spicy Ice Cream Cone (Common): Grants a speed boost to the player, increasing their movement and sprint speed for a short amount of time.
Guzzling Ice Cream Cone (Uncommon): Restores a large amount of health over time.
Lil’ Whip’s Special Serve (Legendary): Restores both health and shields.
you may find normal ice cream cones on the ground asfloor lootaround the island. However, if you want a Frozen or Spicy Ice Cream Cone, you’ll need to find a specific interactable around the map. If you happen to stumble upon aCooler, you’ll have a chance to pull out one of the specialty Ice Cream Cones. They can also be found inIce Boxesat gas stations as well.
Both the Coolers and Ice Boxes are common around the island, so finding them shouldn’t be a problem. You’ll have plenty of chances to find Ice Cream Cones whileFortnite’s Summer Escape eventis still going on!
