A fan came up with this alternate hairstyles for Zelda based on herBreath of the Wildcharacter model, and I have to say, most of them are pretty good. It really got me thinking about how far Nintendo could go with Zelda, and the discussion beforeBreathwas revealed about how Zelda could have been the protagonist, or that Link would be a woman this time around.
Now that they know people love the true open setup and the idea of free roaming to whatever dungeon/shrine they want, I think the nextZeldawill use that same formula. Could we even see a soon-ish follow-up in the same vein asMajoraon top ofOcarinain the same generation?
I’d put money on it, as Nintendo knows that they need to strike while the iron is hot. We didn’t get one majorZeldaon Wii U while it was briefly relevant (only at its death), so making up for it with two on Switch (they have plenty of time until the next generation) just makes sense.
